Healthy Care Cod Liver Oil is a rich source of essential Vitamins A, D and Omega-3 fatty acids. Vitamin A is an essential antioxidant which helps maintain healthy skin and helps support healthy immune system function. Vitamin D helps calcium absorption into the bones. Each capsule contains:

Cod Liver Oil 1g (1000mg)
equiv. to Vitamin A 300micrograms retinol equivalents 
equiv. to   Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 2.5micrograms

Adults: Take 1 to 3 capsules once a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed.
Children 4 – 12 years: Take 1 capsule a day (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal), or as professionally prescribed.
Children under 4 years: Only as professionally prescribed.
